Hi I'm on plus TV with fibre medium and just renewed my contract again to new package and is 2nd time I've renewed my contract since getting my router. Recently its been dropping out and signal really bad. Some days in same room and still low. I only renewed to new pakage last Wednesday, and said would get new router, so I've been hoping I get one. Mines been on a while now so wondering if failing somewhere. But twice renewed and not had an new router. Bit annoying when it drops out or signal so low. Its the HG635 super router which is supposed to be stronger on WiFi signal. It was OK at first and been fine and only last few weeks been dropping. I've restarted router and still does it. Even lost internet connection quite a few times recently And had to turn of router wait a while and turn it back on then its fine for a while again.. Could I have a new one please as I think would stop it playing up and signing a new contract and taking out new plan £33 per month would be nice to have new one. Im disabled so in a lot and the TV and internet helps me with boredom.
