We are due to go live with TT Fibre on the 13th of this month. According to our order page the router has not been despatched yet. I am concerned that, because we recently had a router sent out from your selves for testing (which I returned shortly after) your records might show we already have a router.
Would it be possible for someone to check if a router has been or will be despatched in time for our live date.
