Issue with secondary router

Hello,

I have set up a secondary router on my home network which works fine apart from a connectivity issue every now and then. I have looked for other posts and can't find anything that answers my question.

This is how its set up.

Primary router (A) is downstairs with one PC connected via ethernet and various devices connected wirelessly.

Second router (B) is upstairs, connected to A  via ethernet.  Connected to router B is one PC via Ethernet and 2 wireless devices (on a seperate wireless network to the one downstairs)

DHCP disabled and a static IP address is assigned. uPNP and Firewall have been disabled but even with these enabled I could still connect and it still dropped out.

Everything works fine but every now and then the connection between A & B drops out and the green light on the back of B flashes on and off.  All I do to fix it is unplug the cable then put it back into the router.  Any ideas on how to fix this? The primary router is a Talktalk HG633 and the secondary is a SKY SR101
