Faulty Router

Hi

I'm a new talktalk customer and my internet went live on the 14th of December as planned with no issues.

Unfortunately in the early hours on 15th December I suddenly lost connection and checked my router only to see that the formerly green lights had all gone blank, except for the power light, which is now a solid red that turns green for a few seconds every 40 seconds or so before reverting to a solid red.

The router is a Huawei HG633. I've since called TalkTalk customer service and they're adamant that my service hasn't been activated yet, which I don't believe since it was working fine yesterday!

Edit: I was told to expect a call and update between 5 and 6PM, it's now 6:15 and there's been no call.

 

I've already posted this in the 'Unlimited Broadband' board but have had no response; something that's beginning to become something of a theme with Talktalk.
