Sky Go on PS4 crashes my Router

Hello,

For the last 4 weeks the Sky Go app on my PS4 crashes the Router. This happens every 5 - 10 minutes, meaning we can not watch the Sky Go app on the PS4.

It does not happen on my Ipad or Samsung when we watch Sky Go and it is only limited to Sky Go app on the PS4. Netflix and iPlayer are fine which is lucky as we only watch T.V via WiFi. 

The Router name HUAWEI HG633.

I called customer service twice in last 4 weeks and nothing has happened. The line was tested and Talktalkcould see it was dropping out but no resolution was ever provided which is really dissapointing... hopefully this route is more successful.
