once agaiinh if you check my account my fobre speeds have dropped once again , I have swicthed thr outer off for 30 mins today as the service was dropping web pages , but there were no errors on my line at the time, so after 30 mis my sync had dropped from 65799 bs sync afew days ago to 54999 this is not good that i have lost over 10Mbs this needs fixing asap this fault has happedned beofre with me and it took you along time to fix so you will need to repview the account , last time was 28 engineers and over 18 months to fix as they imho did not know what they are doing , please bear in midn im an it engineer, data center eng and brekafix eng in a multirole enviroment. So i know there is another fault, please fix not ver happy at all thats over 1/6 of my speed lost
