The systems log of our TT HG635 modem-router (software v1.06t) showed 13 pairs of entries between 05:10:10 and 05:10:32 this morning as follows:
“ACS userid connect to CPE failed due to authentication.
ACS userid make a connection request form 88.104.2.89 to the CPE failed.”
From another Forum post I see that ACS related to TT TR069 remote management, but in our case the connection requests failed.
Should we be concerned about this?
We have a long running issue with internet access randomly running very slowly (“Hmm, we can’t reach this page”) making the system unusable for periods, even though DSL sync and IP allocation is stable.
We wondered if TT is trying to check settings on the modem-router which need us to change anything.
