Fast Fibre Broadband wireless issue

Hi,

 

i have had my Fast Fibre Broadband since 16/12/16. I received my new 633 Super Router and all was well for the first couple of days. Then dropouts started to occur and i have had to restart the router on a couple of occasions for 20 minutes at a time, which only seems to solve the droputs for a short period of time. My previous router which was on TalkTalk Simply Broadband package worked far bateer and definitely more reliable that this new SUPER ROUTER. I ambeginning o wonder if I have made an awful mistake by signing a 18 month contract with this package. But I would think this contract cannot be legally binding, if the product is not fit for purpose. I have changed router channels twice now to see if this helps. Please advise why the service is so unstable and if it continues, can I revert back to my previous contract with my old router?
