For 4-5 months my internet has been terrible !! Very intermittent connection, my kids can't play online with their friends as it always drops out and the lagging is terrible. After several calls to TalkTalk an engineer finally came today to sort our line out. He apparently found an intermittent fault outside and repaired it, he checked the line before he left and said it was perfect !!!! Tonight the internet connection is the worst it's ever been. After speaking to TalkTalk yet again the guy told me that an engineer has been round apparently ??? And the fault is still being investigated. Wouldn't elaborate further and when asking to cancel my contract I was told to call back tomorrow. When I 1st switched from Sky it was to get the Superfast Fibre and I received the router for this service, but after a couple of months of poor internet I rang and was asked if I wanted to upgrade to Superfast Fibre. I was shocked to hear this but agreed anyway and a few days later received a router for this new service but surprise surprise it was exactly same router which I already had. The price went up for 1 month then dropped back to what I was originally paying. Does anybody at TalTslk actually know what they are doing ????
