Im hoping someone will be able to help me with an ongoing problem. Weve had TalkTalk superpowered fibre (78MB) for well over its contracted period. During this time it has worked well. However during the last 3 to 4 months our "Super Router" has become not so super. It is the HG635 model, and it has decided that WiFi is no longer in its job decription. My real problem is that when i try to contact support they attempt to tell me to factory reset my hub (Done this plenty of times with no result) and said they'd changed something and couldnt see any issue. (as the wifi works again temporarily) Running all devices in the house on Powerline homeplugs is exceptionally fast (65MB+) but not always the most convenient. (Smartphones don't have ethernet obviously)
Is it be possible to obtain a new hub without going through phone support?
