Internet has been really bad for months

Hello there,

The package I have is SimplyBroadband with Superpowered Fibre 76 MBPS. For about 4-6 weeks I was getting just over 65mbps on ethernet and about 35-40 on wireless. I was fine with that but then it cut down to 20mpbs on ethernet and 10mpbs on wireless for a long time. It has since been around 3-12mbps for months now. I do not see a reason as to why the internet would slow down that much without having to interfere with anything on my end. I have tried all the steps from the broadband help thing but nothing has changed. Is there anything that can be done?
