huawei hg633 drop out

well i am sick to death of this during the week i spoke to technical and they did line test and other stuff according to the chap i spoke to, which sounded loke he was reading from an auto que and i tried to explain the box resets itself down to just power light of which somesaid it was faulty firmware i think the box is faulty myself but hey talktalk know what they talking about. yeah right. four times this week twice in an hour and now when trying to pay bills. this has been going on for about three months and it would seem i am not recieving the service i pay for. both wifi and lan drop yes i have reset the box several times but dam thing has mind of its own i get about 1 1/2 days before it does it and i am on fibre super fast. may be find another service soon or different router but why must i pay for this as i have payed for talktalk to provide it. can someone shed some light or talktalk sort it with out fobbing me off with "your line test is fine and working" even when it is useless any help please.
