Hi we changed to fibre last May and its been great. At Christmas my son got an Xbox One and we started having problems as he can't join any parties or message anyone or speak to them via his headset.
I contacted Microsoft how after looking into everything we discovered our IP address is private and static. we didnt change this and we're stuck. Help.
