Countless hours wasted, £200 down, and no broadband for 13 days

Okafter phone call n+1 I was promised a call back from the engineering team today to solve this "common" scenario

 

Guess what no call back 

 

 

Each call results in the call being "escalated" - absolutley farcicle 

I ring on a daily basis to find out what is happening and each time i go through the same cycle of questions  

 

What an absolute joke of a company  - countless hours wasted, £200 down, and no broadband
