We recently switched from Broadband to Fiber and everything was working fine. Then about 2wks ago we started noticing that our wifi devices were losing internet access, but just though it was the connection. I then worked from home one day on a wired PC and I lost connetion to the internet several times. Upon investigting, everytime the internet dropped, all the lights on the router went out, apart from the power. Then the slights would slowly come back on, includign the internet light, changing from off, to red, to green.
I called TalkTalk and then ran tests, but couldnt see anything wrong, but whilst speaking to them, the phone dropped (Related?), as well as the internet. I therefore called again, more tests and nothing found. The guy said he would make some changes and I agreed to call back if the issue resurfaced. The issue happened again last night and again, all the connection lights were off. The problem is either the router or the line.
Has anyone else had this issue?
