Hi OCE's
My fibre package was running at around 16-17mb/s down stream and roughly 1mb/s upstream, but recently it has slowed right down. The sync speeds are really low. Could you take a look please. My router is Huawei HG635 and this in the broadband info from the router page....Which I have rebooted numerous times and left switched off for over 30 mins....

Also, my home phone line is dead, there is no dial tone or anything, this has been checked on 3 different handsets now.
