Fibre not available with talktalk but is with bt and sky

Hi. My area has just had fibre enabled the exchange has been updated and big new green phone boxes have been placed round our village.
The neighbours either side of me are with bt and sky. They have ordered fibre and are going live this Friday and next week. If I go onto bt or sky site I also can order fibre. But I am with talk talk. And according to them fibre is not available in my area.
Will and if so how long will it take for talk talk fibre to be available.
