fibre large limited to 45 mbps

Hi. As of the 30th Sept I have upgraded from fibre medium to fibre large. My speed has increased by about 7 Mbps to 45 from 38 Mbps. Does anyone know if this is normal when you upgrade? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
