I rang support yesterday as I wanted an offer to stay with TT.
I have logged a number of issues and previously I was led to believe that you can access these to determine level of service. Anyway, after a long period, 30 minutes or so of chat and holding I was informed that TT would not discount my package as I didn't have any recorded issues.. E.g like it or lump it.
So you can stick your 10Mbs fibre, locked out account service and frequently broken emails. Oh and the monthly broadband crash. Thanks for 7 years, of which half the grey hairs on my head are yours.
The only enjoyable bit was this forum, always helpful, ta Colin.
