Hi, I recently moved house and started a new contract which stated my “minimum guaranteed access line speed” would be 22Mbs download and 2Mbs upload speed.
Talktalk regularly fails to meet both MGALS (I regularly get 16mbs download and have never get the 2mbs upload) , I tried phoning about the issue and was disappointed by the response.
Under the new OFCOM regulations I should be free to terminate my contract without penalty exit fees.

The talktalk manager tried to blame my equipment or wiring (which is fine) and offered to send an engineer to check it and stated there would be a £55 charge if they found a fault within the property .
After recent events I wouldn't trust talktalk to tell the truth.
I really find it hard to understand the Indian call center staff, can someone from talktalk community staff please comment on my issue and provide a telephone number for an English operator
