New super router has no internet connection

hi all

Received the new huwaei 633 super router today. Set all up according to the instructions. 

When on...broadband light flashes intermittently and the Internet light is completely off. 

Have reset the router numerous times and also restarted router. 

When setting up my old fibre router with the open reach modem all Woking fine again. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
