Hi I've been having problems with my dsl line dropping out almost hourly for the past few months. I have called the customer service line countless times, done all their tests, I have changed my router, changed my dsl filters, had my bt master socket replaced, and had repair work done on our line yet still our line keeps dropping out. The customer service line has had me in circles and I'm frankly fed up with doing their tests, getting told they'll investigate, and then hearing nothing! Please help!!
