Every night at the same time 8 PM till 10 PM my fibre speeds are more than halved in speed.
This has been happening for weeks, I was told by TalkTalk that my exchange is looking for an upgrade, but the person could not tell me when, or what is wrong with my exchange, or anything.
This is also happening to my peer who is miles away from me, and he has the same issues at the same time every night.
So, why was I told that it's my exchange when it's blatenly not, it's some other problem. This shouldn't happen to someone on a totally different exchange than me, 20 miles away.
Was I just lied to by a representive of TalkTalk? or is this a known issue?
