I ordered Talk Talk unlimited fibre broadband after being with BT a year. The BT service had been faultless but Talk Talk had the international dialing boost which BT couldn't match. I'm now 5 days into my Talk Talk service and I'm begininng to think it was a bad idea and should just pay the extra for the phone calls. The broadband just constantly drops. Its driving the whole family mad, it literally doesn't stay on for more than 30 seconds before the red Internet light comes on and the whole process starts again. I've spoken to the help desk twice and that didn't resolve it, theres an engineer coming Tuesday but since there has been a rock solid service on the line for over a year I doubt he will find anything wrong also for nearly a whole day it worked okay so I dont think this is a router fault. So it must be some form of conflict at the exchange or in the routing. I will give them till the middle of next week to make it work as advertised and if they cannot fix it by then then I will have to cancel the contract under the 30 day cool off period. Please Talk Talk live up to all your big promises and make it work!
