To: Talktalk Customer Services Please note that the error I just opened, ref 12511986, has been incorrectly logged as a voice only issue, whereas it actually affects mostly broadband. The problem is that I have since the switch to fibre yesterday, I have no broadband connectivity at all. I have tried all the usual things like restarting the super router (leaving off for 30mins for fibre), factory reset etc. etc. I can hear a dial tone, but the line is crackly. I have a pre-filtered faceplate, and am connected direct to the master. In any event the super router worked fine on standard ADSL for the last few days - only since the switch to fibre has the error occurred. I would suggest that the router is fine, rather it sounds like BTOR made a mess of the connection. Please could someone confirm that broadband will be looked into ASAP, as well as voice. Thanks
