We have a connections to the line giving a sync but some issue authenticating or getting an IP address. I notice online it says our area STREET is supposed to be having maintence but that's not until tommorow morning.. and also that affects all services whereas out house line is currecnlt y still working.
We've phone up support who vaguely suggested turning the router off & turning back on but its more complex than that something at talktalk end..
I'm very techy. We're running the HG635 router as we need gigabit ethernet. Firmware: v1.10t
Any ideas? We run several business so need interest back ASAP. :-)
