Hi, for months now we've had trouble receiving incoming calls to our landline, usually during bad weather. Now we receive no calls at all and it's virtually impossible to make any outgoing calls due to the static and crackling on the line drowning out all conversations. Now to add to the problem we've practically lost our internet connection. We have a strong wifi signal but no internet access apart from the occasional hour here or there. I've spoken to agents online and carried out diagnostic tests and tried new line filters - still no joy. The best solution talktalk can come up with is try a new filter. I've tried 3 so far - the problem persists. According to the diagnostic tests at their end there's nothing wrong with the line. I seem to be talking to a brick wall trying to explain the fault -all I keep hearing is "our tests say there is no fault". Can somebody please help or at the end of the month i'm off to one of your rivals - i've had enough
