On Thursday 31 December 2015 I reported a fault and was given reference INC000012925697. The problem I was experiencing was the broadband light on my super hub router was red and I was receiving no internet. The internet would work and then not work and this happened all day.
By chance, I have an old BT hub router and having plugged this in I have fine working internet however, the speed is only 30mb+ when I should be getting up to 70mb!
Despite trying to explain this issue to your call centres they cannot understand. They keep saying I have an internet line problem when clearly I do not if it works with a BT router but not a Talk Talk router!
Please could you arrange for a new router to be posted? Nobody is telling me what the line fault allegedly is so I must assume it is down to the router.
