I recently moved into a new property. I was having work done in the house and the mains power was disconnected repeatedly to facilitate this over the first couple of weeks - resulting in my router being disconnected and reconnected repatedly during the first 10 days.
I suspect this issue has resulted in me being unable to gain anything higher than the bear minimum speed estimate for my line.
Is there any way to rectify this? I called the call centre a couple of weeks ago and was supposed to get a call back but that didn't happen.
