Hi guys,
Had my 'Super Router' and fibre broadband for around 6 weeks now.
Over the Xmas holidays service was very bad - dropping out every few minutes and speed down to 5 meg.
Reported the issue and after several phone calls eventually got an Openreach engineer out today.
He looked into things, made a few adjustments and 'reset' the line.
Looking at the router Downsream line rate is 39999 kb/s and Upstream line rate is 1999 kb/s so thought all good, however done several speedtests (both wired and wireless) and download speeds vary from 5 Meg to a maximum of 15 Meg.
Done all the resetting, turning round 3 times, touching toes etc etc etc
Any tips you can offer?
