Hi My broadband speed has, yet again, slowed down to below contractual levels.

Hi

 

My broadband speed has, yet again, slowed down considerably. Download speed is now 6.47!  I am pay for speeds between 8.5 and 18.2 mbs. In September of 2015 my speeds were between 13.00 and 14.00.  Please look into this . My profile has been lowered again. This keeps happeneing all too often. I am still waiting for this message to be adressed!
