Fibre broadband availability has changed overnight?

Hello all,

I have just moved into a new house in a completely different part of the country. I took my Talktalk package with me (essentials) with standard broadband, it went live today. Before it went live I did some checks to see if I could upgrade to fibre broadband with talktalk, as well as checking on the open reach tool to see if it was available in my area - according to talktalk it was available in my area but I would have to wait until the order for the switch to my new address was complete before I could upgrade. Also, the open reach website states that fibre is available in my area now and accepting orders (Bolsover in Derbyshire). I have since tried to upgrade both through my account and as a new order without being signed in and all of a sudden it is telling me its not available at my current address. This is happening when I put my postcode and talktalk telephone number in to do the check. I just dont know whats going on, is it available or not? Even websites like uswitch are telling me fibre is available at my address through Talktalk. It's frustrating me now. Any ideas?

My postcode is S446QH if that helps.

Thanks.
