I had 6 phone calls till now with customer service and everytime the call lands in a different country!! And they start all over again the whole story and details and the outcome I get a fault ref and no action, they have no superior to refer to or any local managment in the UK to call or refer to, they can`t provide you with any email address or person you can actully contact!!!
So what?? I buy service from TalkTalk and pay regulary for my service and they can downgrade the service or cancel it like my broadband and I find myself lost between customer service agent who gives empty promises?? Who should pay for that? Who should I call here in the UK in this company that no one in the UK gives his details to face the service problems they have??!!!!
