Big difference between downstream and downstream max

Im on fibre with TT and have the speed boost (38 to 76mb - mianly for the upload though). My downstream max is 64mb/s so i was expecting to see a downstream (useable) of around 60mb but its under 50mb. Is this deliberate on TT part or do i have an issue. Speed boost has been active since midnight 2nd Nov. Ive posted my line stats below incase it helps.

I've also noticed ive gone from Fastpath to Interleaved

Thanks in advance
