Hi, my fibre speed is contstantly much slower than it used to be. When I 1st had fibre I was receiving a strong 34-36mb, now I only receive 12mb on average. last night it dropped right down to 1mb.
I have not changed any set up at my home and have the same speed reported through various devices.
Looking at the Downstream rate it is showing only 15714, it always used to be 39999
I also have no phone dialling tone and cannot make phone calls. I have reported this and still waiting on a reply.
